At Quilter our Group Expenses team truly partner with our business. We're experts in our field, offering finance advice that supports commercial decisions and financial targets, as well as ensuring the month end processes are delivered within the regulatory guidelines.
I am looking for a driven, team-oriented individual to join us. Committed to ensuring the team succeeds with all tasks and duties is essential, but you will have full support from colleagues and management. As part of the team, you will continue to develop and have exposure to supporting functions and business units within Quilter, as well as to senior members of the Finance Function.

Our Senior Expense Analyst will play a key role within the Strategic Projects team supporting Transformation programmes in the building of business cases and ensuring project costs are accounted for correctly which will include expense analysis for business and Senior Finance stakeholders.
You will have good experience of project accounting principles, including interrogating data from finance ledgers and project forecasting applications.
You will be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail whilst also producing high quality, timely deliverables.
You will work with agility and at pace, escalating as appropriate whilst also showing credibility, professionalism and strong personal integrity.
You will have strong communication skills who is able to relate problem solutions orally, graphically and in writing.
You will be able to demonstrate working collaboratively as part of a team with all stakeholders and third parties to build strong relationships and support an environment of continual improvement.

Our ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant with a strong working knowledge of a Finance business and varying degrees of appreciation for its strategy, processes, and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance. Whilst also having the ability to recognise structural issues within the organisation, functional interdependencies, and cross-silo redundancies.
You will have experience of working within a Finance function in Financial Services (including capital, regulatory and liquidity requirements).
You will be familiar with working with multiple stakeholders and to tight timescales in a delivery focused fashion.
You will have experience working in a highly results-orientated, growth and performance driven environment, with a focus on excellence.
