About Our Client
Excellent opportunity for a Building Manager / General Manager to work for a leading property & real estate company overseeing a prestigious single site office building in the heart of Birmingham.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing total FM for one of Birmingham's most prestigious commercial office buildings. You will ensure that consistent high standards are maintained and that a unique / excellent customer experience is delivered to all tenants and visitors on site
- Manage service charge budgets
- Manage the on site Building Management team
- Ensure Health & Safety / compliance is maintained across the site
- Log / report faults on company CAFM system
- Manage an external contractors / FM service provider
- Liaise with tenants
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 4 years industry experience, operating at similar level of responsibility
- Experience of mobilizing a new building
- A good technical knowledge of "Smart" enabled buildings and data analytics platforms
- IOSH / NEBOSH General Certificate
- Membership of IWFM or other recognised professional body
- Customer and Client focused
- A good understanding and working knowledge of the RICS Code of Practice for Service Charges in Commercial Properties
