Senior Finance Analyst

Kennedypearce are working alongside a Real estate investment firm who are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst on a 1 year FTC paying £65K.

This is a hybrid role, based in the West End.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong excel modelling
• A willingness to work across both FP&A and Financial Governance
• Some PBI experience

 Main duties include

• Develop and assist in delivery of monthly and quarterly reporting framework to key stakeholders across the business
• Support the Senior Manager and Head of FP&A in the business planning cycle, including detailed financial modelling and analysis for the Group’s Strategic Plan, business plans and operating budget/forecasts
• Assist in quarterly re-forecasting process, including the development of billings and revenue forecasts, direct cost forecasts, as well as indirect and group operating costs
• Develop and build the Staff cost model, looking at KPIs and variances to budget narrative
• Preparation and maintenance of the Group Consolidation model and consolidated accounting
• Preparation of Financial Statements, leading on accounting standard and tax compliance, managing the year end audit of group companies and board and regulatory reporting
• Support technical accounting assessments and disclosures
• Preparation of the Group Cash Flow Forecast

Person specification

• ACA/ACCA qualified or similar with extensive PQE
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with ideally 3 plus years in FP&A
• Experience of owning and delivering high-quality reports, managing the budget and three-year planning cycle, supporting business plan development and tr
• acking, balance sheets and cash flows across a broad international organisation
• Knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP principles
• Strong modelling experience
