Job Description
- Oversee and manage the financial operations within the department.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure financial targets are met.
- Analyse financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Monitor progress and changes, keeping senior leadership abreast of the organisation's financial status.
- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
- Oversee the production of monthly reports and return to regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with the law and the company's policies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- CCAB Qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
- Proven experience in a strategic position within the finance industry.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modelling and budgeting.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and legislation.
