Working across Commercial Finance and Operations, supporting a highly diverse stakeholder group, this is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified candidate to make their mark on a high growth business with outstanding reputation.
Responsibilities will include but not be restricted to the following:-
- Reporting specific sales performance to key stakeholders across key divisions.
- Producing detailed weekly and monthly financial packs for the Leadership team and wider business - providing commercial commentary, analysis and insight on all factors that influence financial performance and recommend action to mitigate risks and capitalise on opportunities.
- Regular targeted sales and margin analysis by country, key customer, brand & product
- Assess P&L impacts of operational performance including - service level analysis and detailed commercial analysis to improve long term strategy.
- Working with the Sales team to forecast and analyse the volume, revenue and margin impacts of pricing decisions across the brands.
- Ad hoc project work including improvements on best practice, systems and process.
We are interested in speaking to newly qualified candidates from hospitality, retail or FMCG (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with a positive personality and a sound ability to challenge the status quo. You will be career driven and capable of managing multiple workstreams, building constructive relationships across the group and happy to be the voice of commercial finance.
