Are you looking for a new opportunity? I am currently working with the number one housing organisation in the North East and they are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you would be joining the Investment and Assets Team. They have offices based in the North East where you would be working on a hybrid basis. As a Senior Finance Business Partner you would be paid £53,483 / annum alongside great company benefits.

Duties will include but not limited too:

• As a Senior Finance Business Partner you will be leading a team to deliver Business Partnering services for the Property and Assets directorates whose annual budgets exceed £100m
• You will be leading on the production of Financial plans, budgets, forecasts, management accounts and ad hoc queries, ensuring value for money is achieved
• As the Senior Finance Business Partner you will be analysing and interpreting complex data from multiple sources to inform strategic property investment decisions to maximise value for money
• You will also supporting on the completion of investment appraisals and financial due diligence for major investment, acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships

The successful candidate will have:

• You will be a fully qualified accountant
• You will have significant experience in reporting and monitoring contractor spend, this includes familiarity with operating trading accounts
• You will have experience leading a team with a holistic approach
• You will also have the ability to set out financial forecasts and the financial consequences of options
