Description
- Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements.
- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analysing results and initiating corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to Accounting & Finance department's budget and manage expenditures.
- Maximise return and limit risk by developing investment strategies and managing reserves.
- Accomplish finance and organisation mission by completing related results as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to strategise and plan fiscal management.
- Guide financial decisions by applying company policies and managing financial information.

Profile
A successful Senior Finance Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional financial qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a Senior Finance role within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to develop teams.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
