Description
- Support strategic decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis and forecasts
- Partner with business leaders to develop and track key performance indicators
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for the business unit
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Facilitate financial performance reviews and provide recommendations for improvements
- Drive cost-saving initiatives across the business unit
- Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes
- Participate in special projects related to financial planning and analysis
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- Power BI experience would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence decision making at all levels
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office suite
