This is a commercial, business partnering focused role which will have a hand in financial strategy of the organisation, working collaboratively to maximise profits which can be re-invested back into the organisation. Our client will consider full-time applications of 35 hours per week or part-time at 28 hours per week.
What will the Senior Finance Manager role involve?

• Collaborate with the CEO to drive the commercial projects.
• Work closely with the Assistant Director of Financial Planning and Contracts to ensure effective budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial management.
• Apply financial expertise to influence and contribute to strategic activities, including business and workforce planning, management and delivery of strategic goals, projects, and scenario planning.
• Translate complex financial information into clear and actionable insights for non-finance colleagues.
• Utilise analysis, insight, and influence to make recommendations and drive actions that support the commercial and enterprise agenda.
• Collaborate with other Senior Finance Managers to ensure a comprehensive and consistent approach to managing financial activities.

Suitable Candidate for the Senior Finance Manager vacancy:

• Must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
• Must be able to persuade and influence to drive business outcomes.
• Previously working on contracts/tenders would be advantageous.
• Significant post qualification experience in a commercial environment.
