- Be involved in the on-boarding of acquired businesses/contracts.
Profile
A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:
- Qualified with 2-3 years post qualified experience (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
- An interest in process improvement and automation is ideal.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in financial software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive approach to work, with a focus on continuous improvement.
