Senior Finance Systems & Change Manager | £80,000-£85,000 | Central London (1 day in the office) | Permanent | Omnichannel Retailer
A Finance Systems and Change Manager (Netsuite) is required to work for a leading private equity-backed consumer business based in London (with 1 day per week required in the office). This is an opportunity to join a business that achieved record-breaking sales in 2022 and has continued to perform exceptionally well in the market this year, resulting in multiple store openings and international expansion in 2024.
This role will sit under the Head of Financial Control and you will manage one direct report, a Finance Systems Manager. This is a newly created role due to the implementation of Netsuite last year as well as other finance applications this year. This role will be driving efficiencies and upgrades on the systems as well as implementing financial change to their finance operations processes.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ownership for the day-to-day management of all Finance Systems (including Netsuite, Horizon and a newHR/payroll system)
- Ensure the Finance Systems master data is accurate
- Manage third parties: NetSuite Suite Success programme team; Data Migration team; Comms/Training/Change provider
- Management and development of 1 direct report
- Mapping out issues and creating change management strategies and processes
- Business partnering with key stakeholders across the business to address data quality issues promptly and effectively
- Driving process change and implementation within finance operations including improvement in integrated payments, cash processes, freight and the stock lifecycle
Skill set required:
The successful candidate will be an ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified Accountant that has started their career in finance and since moved into a Finance Systems role where you have managed transformations and mapping out end-to-end processes. Prior experience implementing Netsuite is strongly preferred but not essential. You must have experience leading change within finance operations (AP/AR/Cash etc). Experience working within a PE-backed/fast-paced environment is desirable, as is experience working in the consumer industry. A keen sense of initiative, ability to build strong and effective relationships with a variety of finance and non-finance stakeholders is key to this role.
