Senior Financial Accountant

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a listed group in a pivotal role. Our client based on the outskirts of Norwich are looking to appoint an experienced Financial Accountant to join their global business.
You will work closely with the Financial Controller supporting on Internal Control Development and Compliance, Audit and Tax management along with treasury and transactional accounting matters. A vaied role which will also include group reporting including budgets, forecasts and monthly management accounts.
This role will be expected to support continuous improvement in group financial performance, including driving improvement in their area of responsibility.
Skills and experience:

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified
• UK PLC reporting exposure including IFRS would be ideal.
• Advanced/intermediate user of Excel.
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills with a can-do attitude.
• The ability to communicate effectively with non-financial managers and able to constructively challenge the status quo to drive improvement.
