Salary: £65,000-£70,000 plus bonus
A leading Real Estate Investment Manager are looking to hire a Senior Financial Accountant to look after all aspects of finance for 4 of their asset portfolios.
The business have investment portfolios across Retail, Residential, Office and Hotel assets. The business are a stand alone subsidiary of a larger global group so you will get exposure to working in a large complex organisation while still having the benefit of the flexibility and fast pace that a small to medium sized business can offer.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Annual Financial Reporting
- Management Reporting
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Cash flow management
- Month end / quarterly close
- Working with the Asset Managers
- Project work
