Senior Financial Accountant

This role isn’t for everybody. Because the path and processes are not well

Outside of the day job as a Senior Financial Accountant you’ll have the
opportunity to get involved in project related activities for ~25% of your time
thereby enhancing your credentials for bigger roles and even greater challenges.
You’ll be reporting into the Global Financial Controller. They won’t teach you how to do the day job, however they’ll provide you with unlimited project related opportunities to operate outside of your comfort zone and add significant value.
The key responsibilities of the Senior Financial Accountant are:
? Supporting Group consolidations in both UK and US GAAP
? Month end close
? Balance sheet reconciliations
? Managing and leading transactional teams
? Managing cash flow and FX risks
? Owning UK VAT and liaising with 3rd parties for other tax topics
? Improving the overall control framework
? Supporting external audits

The Interview Process
? 45 minute TEAMS interview with the Global FC. This will occur before work
and around 7am
? 60 minute face to face meeting with both the MD and the direct reports of
this role
