Address- Support BU PF&A team to assist consolidation (and plugs) on monthly forecast/flash & commentary.
- Finance/Commercial support to BU through Slide Deck preparation & other Adhoc analysis.
- Completion of IW team Incentive plan/results & co-ordination with Comp & Benefits team.
- Agreement/accountability of forecast/actual accuracy and commentary.
- Delivery of rolling forecast and budget (of Group spend – Marketing/R&D)
- Loading of Forecasts to One-Stream.
- Standardization and delivery of Territory Performance reporting.
- Support People Planning (through Group/Marketing/R&D employees) and ensure that process results in accurate Budget/Actual reporting
- Delivery of the budget/Operating Plan (including People Planning) to leverage accurate Business Incentives/Compensation.
- Support to BU FD on (consolidation of) monthly close call/business call commentaries.
- Excellent One-stream, MSTR, excel proficiencies.

- CIMA or ACCA or Masters degree
- 5+ years of finance/accounting experience in international companies and manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with Oracle ERP accounting
- Must have strong command of English, written and spoken, can participate or lead meetings in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Can communicate financials and related issues in clear business language.
- Ability to work constructively at all organizational levels, from plant operators to senior executives.
- Drive and assertiveness to achieve work deadline and performance goals.
- Prior management experience
- Prior experience working in a global business environment
- US GAAP or IFRS knowledge
