Job Title: Senior Flood Risk Consultant

Salary: 35-50k

We are looking for a creative and ambitious Senior Floor Risk Consultant to join our clients growing Henley team. You will find excellent career development and the opportunity to own your own projects and clients and be integral to the growth plans of the consultancy.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years' experience
- A degree or similar in a hydrology, physical geography, or a Flood Risk related discipline
- We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in supporting a wider team in assessing all sources of flooding, ready to embrace complex problems.
- Understanding hydrology estimation (e.g. FEH)
- Experience with modelling packages - notably Flood Modeller, TuFLOW, Microdrainage or similar
- Experience in producing Flood Risk assessments and surface water drainage strategies
- You will be able to use and manipulate software such as GIS, AutoCAD or Site3D
- Sound understanding and interpretation of Flood Risk policy and legislation
- Excellent communication skills with a positive working attitude
