The bar offers an impressive selection of beverages, including signature cocktails, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring there's something for everyone's taste. The creative bar staff are dedicated to crafting delicious concoctions while providing exceptional service.

Beyond its drink offerings, K Bar hosts various events and activities catering to diverse interests. From live music performances and trivia nights to themed parties and karaoke sessions, something exciting is always happening at the bar.

What will you be doing?

As the Senior FoodBeverage Supervisor, you will assist the Food and Beverage Manager in the day-to-day running of the bar.

You will be required to:

• Oversee, train, and guide the front-of-house team, leading by example.
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor stock levels.
• Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in creating and implementing innovative drink menus and special promotions.Work alongside student groups and societies to create a memorable student experience.
• Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.

What we are looking for in the right candidate:

• Food Hygiene Certificate
• Experience in supervising bar and catering staff in a high-volume environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to work flexibly
• Health and safety/risk assessment knowledge
• Experience in creating rotas and organising work schedules
• Knowledge and experience of EPOS and stock management systems
