Senior Formulation Scientist

Walker Cole International is searching for an experienced Senior Formulation Scientist to join a Pharmaceutical manufacturing business in West Yorkshire. As the Senior Formulation Scientist, you will be responsible for overseeing NPD and NPI projects for a range of Oral Solid Dose products

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Hands on Formulation Development of OTC and PharmaOSD products
• Continually improve the formulation and manufacture of existing commercial products.
• Manage the NPD projects internally and with third party manufacturers
• Assist in scale-up technology transfer
• Create, review, and approve documentation including development reports and compliance documents.

The successful Formulation Development Manager candidate will have:

• Minimum degree education, ideally in a Life Sciences discipline.
• Industry experience in Formulation development
• Industry experience in either the FMCG or Pharmaceutical sector
• Accomplished report writing skills and verbal communication skills
