Senior Fund Accountant

Meraki Talent are recruiting for an experienced Senior Fund Accountant for a permanent opportunity within Glasgow.
This is your opportunity to work for a leading securities services firm, where hard work is recognised. The Fund Accounting team are responsible for looking after all UK open ended funds for the NAV control framework, ensuring a first-class service to clients. Supporting the team, you will also be responsible for the financial reporting production and the client delivery.
Key Duties;
* Calculation of Daily Net Asset Values
* Creating interim financial statements
* Distribution calculations
* Monthly trustee / control packs
* Management service charge calculations
* Yield calculations
* Total expense ratios
* ONS Returns
It is essential applicants are able to communicate effectively with clients, auditors, trustees, custodians and other departments, ensuring a first class service at all times.
Applicants must have gained experience within a Fund Services function where they have been responsible for NAV calculations.
