Senior Funding And Compliance Supervisor

In relation to a certain designated sub-set of Grant funded Projects :-

1 To be GLLM’s expert source and ultimate advisor on the correct interpretation of externally funded grant scheme funding Rules - relating to both eligible expenditures and as to supporting evidence requirements.

2 To act as the formal deputy to the EFU Manager as and when required, in particular regards providing expert grant scheme knowledge and related advice, claims submission, and attendance and advice at internal and external meetings.

3 To assist in the development, maintenance, operation, and review of such systems.

4 To assist in ensuring that relevant systems and processes created to support externally funded grant claims, are compliant with GLLM financial and procurement regulations, and all claims evidence (both non-financial and financial) is robust.

5 To supervise a sub-team of 3 to 4 Staff within the EFU Unit, aligned with a certain sub-set of projects, as determined by the EFU Manager.

6 To ensure that accurate grant claims are submitted in a timely manner, for an identified sub-set of grant schemes under EFU support, in accordance with relevant grant scheme rules.

7 To manage the liaison and samples provided to regular compliance audits to completion, from all relevant grant funders (5xL.A.’s; W.Gov.; UK.Gov.; NWGD; KTP; Agri-Food; and Commercial Income; etc; as required).

Salary: £33,901.00-£39,437.00 per year
