The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for the design of all work that is required by the Recruitment Entrepreneur group of businesses. Creating brand designs, brand guidelines, print, digital, and web-ready files for a range of projects and campaigns. The role requires working under the direction of multiple stakeholders and directors to create designs to support different businesses in various global locations.
This role is collaborative by nature and the individual should be able to work both autonomously and to strict deadlines with exacting standards - attention to detail is essential. Creativity from initial idea generation to final production will be required. The scope of the role is to work across multimedia designs, lending your skills from print, digital, and animation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Consistent brand visual identity: Execute the brand's visual identities across all tasks and projects, maintaining the highest creative standards and brand consistency throughout.
Develop new brand guidelines and templates: Identify the need for and create guidelines and templates for regular assets and communications, streamlining processes and ensuring brand consistency.
Collaborate with marketing and portfolio teams: Work closely with marketing and digital teams, contributing from conceptualization to execution of campaigns and projects.
Create engaging multimedia content: Develop innovative animations, GIFs, and videos for use in social media and email campaigns, focusing on captivating and effective storytelling.
Design assets for digital and print: Design assets for various digital and print platforms including websites, email campaigns, social media, and brochures, ensuring compelling and visually appealing content.
Stay updated on industry trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, sharing relevant and inspiring content to inspire continuous improvement and innovation.
Manage asset-sharing system: Oversee a global, multi-functional asset-sharing system to ensure efficient distribution and utilization of brand assets across the business.
Source and manage image subscriptions: Manage image sourcing subscriptions and oversee content capture initiatives across the organisation, ensuring access to high-quality visual resources.
Support client pitch efforts: Create mock-ups and assets for pitches, contributing to the development of compelling presentations under tight deadlines.
Video production: Assist in the production of marketing videos from digital design to post-production editing.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 4-5 years of graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
- Experience in digital design with expertise in animation and video production.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent art working skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to conceptualize projects from initial scope to production.
- Sound creative judgement and the ability to present ideas effectively.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment with a focus on workflow prioritization.
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding brand assets for digital and global campaigns.
- Impressive portfolio showcasing outstanding design skills both online and off-line.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software tools e.g. Canva
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus but not required.
