About the role
As we embark on our next phase of growth we are looking for a Senior Growth Manager - Websites & CRO, to own, manage and optimise the websites for our three core brands - Equals Money, FairFX and Card One Money.
Who you are
You are innovative, driven and inquisitive, embracing a test and learn mentality. You can spot new opportunities, efficiency gains and work to implement and build systems and processes to drive conversion on the websites. You can take responsibility for setting strategic direction and most importantly executing on that path. You’ve got an interest in data, automations, systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
You will own and execute website management and CRO across all product lines. You follow new developments and trends in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO). You will work with the Head of Digital Marketing (HoDM) and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identifying key deliverable projects to drive conversion of customers via the website.
You will be based near our London office, near Mansion House. We have a flexible working policy and won't be expecting you in the office every day if that’s not how you work best. There will be some expectation of travel to other Group and Customer locations.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day management of our three core websites using Webflow
Oversee the CRO program of the websites using Optimizely
Prioritisation and management of time and resource
Work closely with Digital Marketing & Design to ensure required pages are delivered on time, to specification, and QA’d
Design & build new website pages in Webflow, following key company protocols
Gather and present data on CRO and key website projects
Communicate and execute across a number of key stakeholders to deliver value internally and externally
Align with Head of Digital Marketing and CCO on best processes and systems to grow the business
Work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing, CCO and key stakeholders on new market expansion, including upkeep of US website.
Job requirements
Website management & administration (use of Webflow ideal)
Demonstrated experience in CRO and A/B testing (use of Optimizely ideal)
MarTech literate, with effective use of reporting platforms (GA / GA4, GTM)
Nice-to-haves: (HotJar, SemRush, Ahrefs or any SEO platform, HubSpot dashboards, Figma, FreshChat, Notion, Jira)
Ability to communicate technical requirements to MarTech dev team (Container tags, conversion pixels on confirmation page, server side tagging) for best in class conversion metrics, to support HoDM in understanding of revenue performance
Some knowledge of SEO, and its role in driving organic traffic
FinTech or payments experience a nice-to-have
Use of CRM (ideally HubSpot) - editing and embedding forms
Evidence of launching new initiatives to drive improvements
A track record of exceeding projected KPIs
