About The Company
They provide outsourced accounting services to a variety of clients, primarily in the travel industry. Using off the shelf accounting packages and bespoke software used within the travel industry.
Due to expansion, the company is looking for an Account Assistant to help them during a period of client growth.
Role and responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all day-to-day transactions within the Sales, purchase and general ledger Responsible for monthly ledger and bank reconciliations. Data entry and maintaining files on records Resolving any issues that may arise Other ADHOC tasks as and when required
The successful candidates will require a sound knowledge of the accounts payable process, but common sense will be the main attribute required.
