As part of the Central Marketing team the Senior Guest Engagement Manager is responsible for supporting the growth of the membership & loyalty program across the 9 Bicester Collection villages in Europe
What you will be doing
  • Support and develop the membership strategy
  • Identify and facilitate membership best practices to share between Villages
  • Engage Central and Village retail teams to ensure our brand partners are actively participating in membership
  • Support our Training team to ensure colleagues, boutique staff and hospitality teams are trained appropriately on membership
  • Engage Central and Village hospitality teams in program to ensure impeccable execution of rewards disbursement in the Villages
  • Support IT in helping identify business needs for developing technical toolkit to support membership
