A dynamic Senior Carer is required for a 28 bedded Home in Pinner. You will join a dynamic and supportive team to care for dementia, palliative, mental health, and elderly frail residents.
Shifts: Shift work between 07:45am - 8pm / 19:45pm – 8am with availability for weekend shifts as the post requires.
Ideal candidates will be motivated, be competent to work for hands on with the staff on the floor, and organised.

Duties include: Medication (administration, auditing, receiving, auditing, ordering and spot checks), care planning, risk assessments, staff supervisions, appraisals, and support sessions, contributing to team meetings, liaise with GP / Pharmacy / Professional services, overseeing admission process.
