Hyperion Partners are working with an exciting Social Housing provider in search for a Senior Health & Safety Officer, you will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to providing safe and secure living environments for all residents. You'll work closely with the health and safety manager to implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide guidance and training to staff, contractors, and residents on health and safety best practices.
• Investigate accidents and incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• NEBOSH Diploma
• Training Award, Education or experience in delivering health and safety training.
• Competent experience in providing health and safety advice within public sector.
• Knowledge of current occupational health and safety legislation
• Experience of using online health and safety software.
