Position Overview:

My clients based in Fleet are an excellent residential home for the elderly and early dementia needs that is exquisitely furnished for residential accommodation.

We are seeking a devoted Team Leader/Senior Care Assistant, who is a caring individual to join our team. As Team Leader/Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in our care home by supporting the management team, being a leading example for care assistants and promoting a caring environment.

• Pay: £12.50 - £13.90
• Contract: 30 hours
• Shifts: 8am - 2pm, 2pm - 8pm and 8am - 8pm

*Able to offer staff benefits as well as support towards gaining NVQ 3*

Requirements

• Minimum NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Medicine trained

Duties

• Manage a team of Care Assistants so they can perform their roles to the best of their ability
• Liaising with your manager to run the workplace at its peak performance
• Developing care plans
• Promoting client’s health and wellbeing, enabling them to live their life to the fullest
