Our client is offering a great interim opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Partner to support Executive hiring across the Technology lines of business, managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
You will have exceptional Stakeholder management skills to be able to partner with business leaders and their hiring managers to manage end to end recruitment sourcing strategies.
Key areas of focus will include:
- Partner with the senior leaders to provide both consultative and transactional recruitment support to deliver an end-to-end talent acquisition process
- Utilising internal talent pools and direct sourcing channels as a priority
- Create an excellent candidate experience from offer stage, through to start date
- Help to drive diversity & inclusion and and promote internal mobility
- Actively manage selection decisions, interview panels, hiring restrictions, and compensation decisions
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process from validation of headcount approval through to day 1 of employment
- Provide accurate MI and data analytics
- Provide regular market information. Advising on competitor activity, availability of talent, salary trends and hiring best practice
Experience
- Previous recruitment experience ideally within Financial Services, covering Technology
- Technology market knowledge and excellent networking skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience managing high volumes of hiring
- Ability to manage client expectations and relationships with both hiring managers and HR colleagues
