Job Overview:We are currently seeking a Senior Housekeeper to join our team in providing exceptional cleaning services in a hotel setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning, customer service, and cooking to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.Responsibilities:- Oversee and participate in the cleaning and sanitising of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas- Train and supervise housekeeping staff- Ensure all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment- Liaise with the front desk to coordinate room turnovers and special guest requests- Assist with cooking duties as neededExperience:- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, ideally within a hotel environment- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests- Cooking experience is advantageous for this role- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve cleanliness goals- Excellent organisational skills to manage housekeeping operations efficiently- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to housekeeping practices

Pay: £14,947.75-£27,142.00 per year
