Job description

Robert Half Office Team are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Administrator, this is a remote position for 3 Months.

To assist with Human Resources initiatives working to provide key support to the Administration Team and the wider People Team.

The Senior HR Administrator role will primarily provide project support over a 3 month period.

This role requires a detail oriented approach to all areas of HR administration, to include areas of HRIS reporting, data entry and maintenance, paperwork compliance, contract review and the administration of human resources policies, procedures and programs. These areas are considered to be of significant importance to the business and its colleagues.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Provide support to the HR Operations manager, and Senior HR Leadership with confidential project(s) requirements
  • Creation, supply and maintenance of both ad hoc and regular reporting
  • Manage data sets to ensure data integrity is maintained
  • Conduct contractual drafting and review
  • Creation of draft templates for HR matters - letters, policies, guidance, etc.
  • Manage highly confidential information
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Operations Manager
  • Assist with the organisation and management of personnel files including regular filing, conducting routine file audits and purging files to ensure compliance standards are being met.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as discussed and required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience at a Senior HR Administration level
  • Experience of working within a complex matrix structure environment
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple assignments simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and work in a fast paced complex HR environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels in the organisation.
  • Must be able to respect, protect and maintain highly confidential information.
  • Strong Excel knowledge with experience working with HR data sets, Excel reporting and data presentation
  • Experience using ADP Workforce now desirable but not essential
  • Ability to analyse data with basic mathematical foundations required for a Senior HR administration
  • Be willing to work remotely and autonomously
  • Be a critical thinker and apply this to problem solving where needed
  • Able to react to change productively and to handle other tasks as required Credible, reliable and trustworthy
