• Hourly Rate: £17.12 per hour
• Location: Belfast
• Hours of Work: 37 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
• Holidays: 35 days annual leave pro rata
• Duration: Temporary, ongoing

Duties include:

• To support HR Manager Resourcing to ensure the effective delivery of all employee resourcing activity for the Housing Executive.
• To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive service to support NIHE business delivery in line with vision and values.

Criteria:

• Degree level qualification (Level 6*) in Human Resource Management and minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a Human Resources function to include employee resourcing OR Level 5* qualification in Human Resources and minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a Human Resources function to include employee resourcing
• Hold current Assoc CIPD membership or above OR can demonstrate ability to obtain this withing 1 year of the closing date
• Demonstrate a sound understanding of current employment legislation relating to employee relations.
• Demonstrate significant relevant HR experience in at least 3 of the following 4 areas:
  a. providing professional HR advice to managers on employee resourcing matters
  b. providing end to end recruitment and selection services
  c. effectively implementing resourcing policies and procedures
  d. reviewing and improving resourcing activities and processes
  
• Sound understanding of current employment legislation relating to employee resourcing.
• A full current driving licence and access to a form of transport.
• As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
