Provide operational service in all advisory aspects of human resource managementAct as a role model within the HR team and for the teamDevelop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities
• Provide advisory service on highly sensitive issues relating to employment• Take specific responsibility for project management• Provide HR advisory and coaching service to managers on sickness absence cases• Support managers in completing equality impact assessments• Oversee the coordination of hearings and investigation meetings• Act as mediator in potential bullying & harassment or grievance claims• Participate in recruitment and selection processes• Work closely with the wider HR team to deliver an effective HR service• Assist in developing long-term workforce plans• Deliver necessary training to enable managers to utilize HR policies and procedures
Requirements
• Experience in providing advisory service on employment issues• Project management experience• Knowledge of current employment legislation• Experience in overseeing hearings and investigation meetings• Mediation skills for potential bullying & harassment or grievance claims• Experience in recruitment and selection processes• Ability to work effectively with HR team and other departments• Ability to support the development of workforce plans• Training delivery skills• Knowledge of NHS initiatives and employment legislation
