Employee Relations HR Advisor
£32,000 per annum
6 Month FTC (potentially temp to perm)

My client, a highly successful retailer based in Worcestershire, are currently recruiting a full time Employee Relations HR Advisor position to start ASAP.
The successful candidate will be CIPD Level 5 Qualified with a strong Employee Relations background.
Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will support the HRD and wider team with generalist responsibilities whilst taking the lead advising on Employee Relations matters.
You will have:
- A strong Employee Relations background with proven experience advising on complex ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management
- A strong understanding of generalist HR practice (essential) as well as up to date employment law and case work management experience to include dealing with sensitive cases
- Experience of developing HR policies and processes
- First class stakeholder management skills with the ability to positively influence and build relationships across the business
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as key point of contact for internal management and HR colleagues
- Advise and support on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, appeals and flexible working requests
- Managing absence and performance management (capability)
- Supporting stakeholders with formal investigations and hearings
- Escalate more complex queries to the HR Director
- Assist in the development and streamlining of the companies Employee Relations policies and procedures
- Supporting with recruitment and selection
This is a full-time, on-site position for a highly organised, personable HR Professional who enjoys dealing with volume generalist HR.
