Job Description
- Execute and deliver HR strategy and initiatives
- Manage employee relations including discipline, grievance, and absence
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Implement learning and development programmes
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Provide HR advice to managers and staff
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
- Support the HR Manager in various project-based work
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in HR
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in HR systems
