SalaryChase & Holland are proud to be working with a fantastic Mansfield based business, who are actively seeking a Senior HR Advisor to support their HR Team. You will be an integral part of the team working alongside the HR Manager to oversee day to day running of HR.

Package & Benefits:
- Basic salary of £32,000
- In addition to holiday entitlement and paid bank holidays you are offered an extra 5 days dependency leave per year

Senior HR Advisor Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management and coordination of all employee relations
- Work alongside HR Manager and support with day to day HR functions
- Coordinate and lead HR projects
- Support staff and line managers with policy compliance
- Design, deliver and revise relevant training and professional development
- Work with line managers and support with 1:1 meetings
- Regulate wellness figures and advise/deliver on proactive steps to sustain and improve data
- Support the development of brand strategy and support Senior Leadership Team to embed this across the company
Required skills & experience:
- Experience in Employee Relations
- CIPD qualified
- UK Driving licence and own vehicle
- Subject to a DBS check
