SalaryElevation Recruitment Group HR are excited to be working on a brand new role with an education provider in Nottinghamshire who are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their established team in Mansfield.
As a Senior HR Advisor you will report directly into the People and Transformation Manager. The organisation has recently undergone a transformational change and are in an exciting period of growth and development and are therefore looking for a passionate Senior HR Advisor who embraces change to join their growing team.
As a Senior HR Advisor your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Dealing with Employee Relations matters including grievances, disciplinaries, dismissals, safeguarding and performance management
- Advising and supporting managers in preparation for LADO meetings and safeguarding cases
- Coaching the HR Team on how to deal with HR related matters effectively and encouraging employee engagement
- Providing consistent advice on employment laws and policies
The right person for this HR Advisor role will have at least 2 years experience in a HR Advisor role or above, preferably in an educational, NHS or social care setting and ideally have a CIPD qualification.
