Very exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join an international media company on a 9-12 month FTC. The successful person will proactively support and partner the business in providing a first class, business focused and compliant advisory service on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, whilst ensuring long term self-sufficiency.
Duties will include ( but are not limited to):
- Provide HR support, advice and guidance on ER matters
- Coach managers to become more self-sufficient when dealing with ER issues
- Advise and support senior management on operational HR practice and people solutions in line with operational needs and business priorities
- Work with the HR data analysis team, and interpret data and insights and regular reports
- Fostering a culture of service excellence, role modelling the companies values and behaviours, and maximising the contribution that HR makes to the organisation
- Liaising with the Talent Acquisition Partner on driving and embedding the online recruitment process
- Support line managers in embedding competency-based performance management and coaching
- Be able to identify, recommend and champion new and improved ways of working
- Championing Diversity and Inclusion
The successful person will be able to demonstrate HR professional expertise and sound judgement operating across all general HR disciplines. You will have a strong understanding of Employment Law and experience of policy and process improvement. You will be able to use your initiative to problem solve and identify solutions with a flexible approach and the ability to handle sensitive issues diplomatically and confidentially.
