Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for:
- advising and guiding on attendance, performance, rewards, training and development.
- providing ER advice to the wider team and stakeholders.
- designing and delivering training programmes to managers.
- a general updating and streamlining of HR policies.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have~
- hands on experience with advising managers on ER queries.
- experience with analysing and rewriting policies.
- experience in designing and delivering HR training.
