HR Business Partner - Liverpool - £41,000 - £44,000

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent? Do you have strong knowledge of HR best practices and the ability to become a subject matter expert?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a well-known organisation in Liverpool as an HR Business Partner. You will support the HR manager and the business leaders with various project work for the next 3-4 months,

As an HR Business Partner, you will:

• Work closely with the HR manager and the business leaders to understand their needs and objectives
• Provide guidance and advice on HR project work (Tupe)other HR policies and processes
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges related Tupe process
• Support the HR manager with other HR additional project work as required

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent in HR or related field
• Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
• Experience of working with Tupe process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
