Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent? Do you have strong knowledge of HR best practices and the ability to become a subject matter expert?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a well-known organisation in Liverpool as an HR Business Partner. You will support the HR manager and the business leaders with various project work for the next 3-4 months,
As an HR Business Partner, you will:
- Work closely with the HR manager and the business leaders to understand their needs and objectives
- Provide guidance and advice on HR project work (Tupe)other HR policies and processes
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges related Tupe process
- Support the HR manager with other HR additional project work as required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent in HR or related field
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Experience of working with Tupe process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
