Senior HR Officer required to join the HR team of 30+ at a highly regarded law firm in London. Reporting to the HR Manager and working closely alongside the broader HR team, duties include -
- Employee Relations
- Performance Management
- Absence Management
- Providing HR advice to employees including Managers and Partners
- Flexible working requests
- Family Leave requests
- HR meetings including disciplinaries and grievances
- Health workplace assessments
- Salary benchmarking
- Salary reviews and Appraisals
- Promoting Diversity & Equality
- New joiner meetings
- Advise on relevant training, liaising with L&D team
- HR Policies & Procedures
- HR projects
- Mentor and support direct HR reports
This is a varied and interesting role, broad in scope and offering plenty of opportunity to fully utilise and build on your HR skills. You will need to have at least 3 years' experience at HR Officer or HR Adviser level within a corporate office environment, ideally professional services such as accountancy, law firm, etc.
