We're working exclusively with a key client as they go through an exciting period of change and transformation. With the organisation expanding and evolving, as has the People Function, adapting their approach to best support across their diverse range of business units, spanning London and the surrounding counties.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Strategic Partnering team within the People function, as , supporting on this change journey, managing an array of HR projects in partnership with leaders, line managers and your people consultant, within the organisations most vibrant, front line services directorate.

This opportunity requires a true Business Partner, who can work in a strategic capacity with senior stakeholders, leading on varied HR Projects tailored to the different business units and their bespoke people plans. Whilst working collaboratively with a Strategic Partner, this role does have a strong degree of autonomy, you will lead on certain projects and initiative within the directorate independently, whilst also supporting with larger scale group projects. Experience of project management, and change management will be preferable. Whilst solely project focused, there will be elements of operational HR within day to day responsibilities, so we're looking for someone that enjoys this variety and can work in an agile environment, where no two days are the same.

This is a Hybrid role, 2 days onsite from their the London or Essex office, with occasional travel to other sites within the Greater London area.
