£80,000 - £90,000 incl. car allowance, plus bonus, strong benefits

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong and experienced Senior HR Business Partner or Head of HR level candidate to join a global organisation within the retail sector. You will drive the HR agenda forward, partnering with senior c-suite stakeholders across multiple divisions and lead, own and deliver the strategy working with centres of excellence and the HR team around you.

You will be able to navigate the strong and assertive managers in the business and be able to challenge, question and take them on a journey to strengthen their teams and in turn, drive a high performing HR agenda reflected in the output of the employees

DUTIES

• As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will build strong relationships with your C-Suite and Director level stakeholders across all areas of the business
• You will drive the people strategy across the UK population with support from the centre of excellence teams internally
• Although this is a strategic role, you will be hands on when needed, and likely for escalated queries across a generalist remit.
• The employee population is around 300 and consists of central functions including the creative teams as well as front and back corporate office teams and leaders
• Working with a Business Partner in your team, you will be responsible for driving the HR agenda across talent development, recruitment, employee relations, DEI, learning and development and all HR generalist areas
• Your role will also include identifying areas that need improvement, project focus and you will be responsible to lead and develop this.
• Driving a collaborative and driven culture, you will be able to make decisions and influence, drive change and transformation projects and have an empathetic and resilient nature.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• You will have strong experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or Head of HR level and be CIPD qualified
• Used to working within a demanding and fast paced business where you have had to influence and make key decisions
• Experience within a more creative sector would be preferable, maybe retail, hospitality, travel, or an organisation that is client / customer facing, but you will have had experience of corporate/central functions and if you have experience of operations as well that would be a bonus
• You will be used to working with multiple stakeholders at senior and ideally at C-suite level
• Experience of the full HR remit including setting the strategy and executing in a collaborative and driven culture
• You will be a strong decision maker, able to influence and work closely with senior leaders
• You will be happy to be in the office 2 -3 days a week
