Senior HR Business Partner required in Nottingham on a Permanent basis.

Ashley Kate are partnering with a not for profit organisation who are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their team in Nottingham.
Salary: up to GBP40,700
Hybrid working
Permanent basis
As the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving organisational success through effective performance management strategies, identifying skills gaps, and improving communication channels within the business. Reporting directly to the People and Culture Manager, you will collaborate closely with senior managers to implement HR initiatives that align with the business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement performance management programs to drive employee engagement, productivity, and development.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of skills and competencies across departments to identify gaps and develop targeted training and development plans.
Collaborate with senior managers to create and implement strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
Provide expert guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Lead initiatives to enhance internal communication channels and promote transparency and collaboration across the organisation.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in performance management, skills development, and communication strategies, and recommend innovative approaches to drive continuous improvement.
Partner with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
