Role details - Senior HR Business Partner
We are currently looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join the HR function at an excellent organisation based in Malvern on a permanent basis.
Role responsibilities of the Senior HR Business Partner
- Work in partnership with site management teams to design and deliver effective people plans.
- Provide effective HR advice and support to site management teams as required, escalating high risk ER cases.
- Manage the HR Business Partners, Advisors and Administration personnel.
- Review trends in ER issues in order to identify potential issues and work with site management team to resolve.
- Support and implement a pro-active approach to attraction, recruitment and selection activities, ensuring solutions are cost-effective, future-focused and appropriate for purpose.
- Coach line managers to ensure they are competent in tackling ER issues in an appropriate manner.
- Participation in recruitment and selection activities where required.
- Influence the development of HR policies and procedures to ensure they meet the needs of the business.
- Delivery of projects in line with legal obligations and company values i.e TUPE, restructure, redundancy.
- Support, facilitate and/or co-ordinate HR projects cross functionally and across all business areas as required.
Skills required of the Senior HR Business Partner
- CIPD Level 7 is essential
- Previous experience managing sizeable HR teams
- Strong employee relations expertise
- Strong leadership skills
