Description
As the Senior HR Business Partner for Europe you will:
- Partner with global HR to develop and implement global HR processes and initiatives
- Partnering with the business to understand needs and objectives
- Drive and implement organisational design, change management, effective communication, and engagement strategies
- Advise on HR policies and procedures
- Implementing talent management and succession planning strategies
- Supporting the development and delivery of HR projects
- Collaborating with the wider Global HR team to ensure consistency and best practice
Profile
A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have:
- CIPD qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience within FMCG/Manufacturing or similar sector
- Strong Business Partnering skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to influence and drive change
- Knowledge of HR policies and best practice
- Excellent Stakeholders Management
