The roles:
Senior HR Business Partner/HR Manager - up to £44,061 p/a
As the senior HR professional you will play a play a pivatol role in embedding an effective and robust HR business partnering model at your college campus. You will be partnering closely with the senior leaders at your campus to provide strategic guidance on all people matters, aligning a combined workplace culture and achievment of HR key performance indicators.
As the trusted subject matter expert on your campus, you will be providing expert advice and guidance on complex employee relations casework and leading the site-based HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR solution to all stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have solid employment law knowledge, in-depth experience of managing employee relations casework, experience leading a small team and a passion for creating better futures!
HR Business Partner - up to £34,890 p/a
As a HR Business Partner you will provide a generalist HR service to colleagues and line managers to ensure consistent application of internal policy and procedures and delivering credible guidance on all people matters.
You will manage an active employee relations caseload, working closely with the Senior HRBP to identify trends and be innovative in your approach to developing a positive colleague experience.
Utilising the HRIS, you will regularly review people data and run accurate reports to be used for senior leadership meetings and for taking a proactive approach to process improvement and HR KPI achievement.
The successful candidate will have experience within an advisory HR position and be able to confidently navigate internal policies and legislation to provide outstanding HR advice and guidance.
