Brand new opportunity for a Senior HR Coordinator who is a true generalist with great knowledge of ER, Performance Engagement, and experience in supporting managers with any HR queries.
You will be working collaboratively with the HR Administrator and HR Lead to ensure that all HR queries are addressed in a timely manner.
Please note you must be a driver due to the location of the office.
Job Title - Senior HR Coordinator
Length - Permanent
Salary - £25,000k - £30,000k Depending on experience
Location - Haywards Heath, Hybrid (3 days office based)
DESCRIPTION:
Senior HR Coordinator's duties:
- Advise line managers on recruitment processes from advertising, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates to making a formal offer
- Being the first point of contact for any HR related queries
- Support the HR Lead in the Job Evaluation of all new and existing roles when reviews are required
- Assist line managers to monitor and manage attendance, performance and other employee relations matters
The ideal Senior HR Coordinator will have:
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards it)
- Knowledgeable of employment legislation and regulations
- Ability to use problem solving, analytical and communication skills to identify and provide solutions to issues.
- Strong attention to detail
