My client is a leading Global Law Firm that is going through an exciting period of growth. With a reputation for being ambitious and innovative, they work on some of the most exciting and challenging deals. They are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to support their Corporate Practice on a 12 month FTC.
Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a true generalist role providing strategic and operational advice to the Practice Group. This person will develop and manage working relationships with key stakeholders, implement talent and succession plans, facilitate the Group's culture through HR initiatives such as their DE&I strategy, advise on all HR matters including resource planning, recruitment, development and retention of individuals, monitor employee engagement and more.
The ideal candidate will have a CIPD qualification, previous HR Manager experience within corporate, finance, professional services, consultancy or Law Firms, natural gravitas with the ability to advise and influence at a senior level, be inquisitive and ideas driven.
