Senior HR Operations Manager – Global Professional Services Provider – Belfast
MCS Group is thrilled to be representing a large, well-known professional services provider based in Belfast, who are keen to appoint a Senior HR Operations Manager on a full-time permanent basis. The role will a large workforce across a range of different locations, managing a large team, supporting various transformational change projects.
The successful candidate will partner with numerous stakeholders across the organisation, managing a large team to support sustained business growth. On manage relationships with various external clients, ensuring the outsourced HR service proviided is of a high stand. This is a role created due to internal progression, a chance to work for a globally recognised employer.
The skillset
This role will suit a seasoned HR professional, someone with strong experience of management large scale transformation change projects:
- 10+ years’ experience in a Senior HR Manager role in an outsourced environment, with proven experience of exceptional HR delivery
- Proven track record of designing successful HR strategies
- Transformational change experience
- People Management experience, with a proven track record of developing team members
- Experience working in a complex environment
- Extensive employee relations experience, combined with strong legislation knowledge
- Proven track of delivering commercial results
- Ability to be flexible to travel to other sites in NI and GB sites when required
