Our Hillarys parent group, Hunter Douglas is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Identity and Access Management Analyst to join our specialist global Cyber security team. As a Senior Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our identity and Access Management systems. Reporting directly to Global CISO, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative, monitoring and operational activities related to Identity and Access Management.
Hunter Douglas is the global market leader for window dressings, with 136 businesses across 100 countries, and well-known brands such as Hillarys, Blinds2go and Thomas Sanderson within its portfolio within the UK. This role will be part of our Global Cybersecurity team, so you’ll be working across multiple international entities to ensure the highest level of cyber security across the group.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage user account life cycles, including provisioning, securing and termination of access within Hunter Douglas IAM tools
- Collaborate on IAM technologies design, implementation and support, including IGA, PAM and MFA
- Document and archive all evidence of lifecycle changes per cybersecurity standards
- Independently or collaboratively troubleshoot security and workflow issues
- Enforce organizational policies for authorized access, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards
- Handle administrative tasks such as report preparation, evidence collation and SOP development
- Provide in-depth analysis to improve IAM processes and standards continuously
- Monitor IAM tools for anomalies or unauthorized access, responding to alerts and coordinating with the Security Operations Teams when needed

- CISSP security certification required
- CISA, CRISC, SSCP or GSEC also beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Identity and Access Management
- Advanced knowledge of security best practices
- Experience with administering and managing IAM security technologies (IGA, MFA, PAM)
- Familiarity with compliance management and certification standards (PCI, GDPR, CCPA)
- Basic understanding on network technologies and protocols
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in planning, reporting, prioritizing and establishing goals and objectives
